Keyholding & Alarm Response Service 24 hours per day, 365 days per
year, eliminating the inconvenience of false alarm activations and
provides a duty of care by removing the physical risk factor for
clients.
In accordance with BS 7984, Professional Security Management Limited acts as primary keyholder and responds rapidly to any alarm activations.
The 24 hour Control Centre liases with the Alarm Receiving Centre regarding alarm activations and the Mobile Response Unit is dispatched immediately.
The Mobile Response Unit acts as a first line of defence and on arrival
conducts visual inspections establishing any signs of intrusion and
then carries out a thorough external and internal risk assessment of
the premises.
The Mobile Response Unit then liases with the emergency services and arranges for any damage to be repaired if required, or in the event of a false alarm resets alarms and re-secures the premises.
A detailed Alarm Response Report is compiled following each activation.
